This is the slowest most ******** company ever with the most unprofessionally trained consultants. I have spoken to a consultant by name of Rebecca. She has no ethical explanations on regards to my refund and she has not been trained viably to consult clients.

I have asked for her manager and she advised that it will take 24 working hours for her manager to call me back.

Clearly she doesn't understand the cooling off period As nothing has been set up at my premises and she tells me I need to give a 30 days notice.

This company deserves no support!
