********* & Disappointing

I believe it is very ********* for a company to take money from a customer knowing they are not delivering the full service.

I called last week and spoke Faith and she gave me her word that she will call me at 6pm to check the functionality of the plumes we have at home, which all don’t work! It’s been over 6/7 months of having no internet in the upstairs part of our home.

This is a pain considering everyone needs WiFi and connectivity for work and school. Can I have someone please come in and sort this issue ASAP as I am honestly over being on the phone trying this and that.
