Unbothered

So ever since I received my router I have not been able to use it. Its been a week!!!! No feedback. I have to follow up to get assistance, This is the worst service I have ever received after paying upfront as requested. My SIM card is still not active. I still need to drive to the office because no one has the initiative to think ahead and solve my problem without really calling me!!! Im so close to cancelling this because wow!!!!! This brand new relationship is not working
