Trashy after sales support

I dont even know where to begin with this Mickey Mouse company. I have been offline for almost two weeks and no one is willing to cancel the service! Please can someone just ****** call me and cancel this thing you call service ***. I dont know what to do anymore. I signed up for it and within a week boom it aint working! Can someone, anyone, any ****** sane person pick up the phone and call me to cancel this immediately!
