They have you hook, line & sinker. It's impossible to cancel with them!!

Dear people from Supersonic Fibre. You have sent me a letter, confirming that my service will be terminated at the end of last month. MY SERVICE IS STILL ACTIVE!!!! resulting in me not being able to go with a more reliable (If that's at all possible) ISP PLEASE RELEASE MY LINE!!!!
