THEY BILL FOR NOT PROVIDING ANY SERVICE

Why am I being billed when I have not received any services since the 28th Aug 2021 ? When I placed my notice to cancel , I called in to verify if my notice. I was informed I would still be billed for the month of October . Now my Questions is what is supersonic billing me for ? My service is month to month ,you provide service and I pay...So if I am on month 2 with no service from you , what am I paying for . That's what I want to know
