The worst internet service provider

I paid R395.00 on 04 August 2021 into supersonic account, was told that I paid money into their account instead of my account.. I was told to send proof of the transaction so they can log a refund request.. I sent through what they required, till today I have not received a refund or at least they could allocate the funds to my account..

I have been in contact with them every week since the incident and all they ever say is that they are aware of my query and they have assigned an agent to it.. This is the worst service I have received from a company that considers me a client..
