The baddest fiber service ever.

I have never seen a business with poor customer service. The poor service is before signing in any contract with them. How likely it is for them to have it worse when you are in? They contacted me 2 months ago to offer me their services which I accepted as I was shopping for fiber I am nailed in waiting for ever. Just to find out that one of my friends also going through the same problem. This is bad. So guys stay away from those people it does not matter how many time you complain things don't move at all. Just imagine if you were to sign a contract and the service is this so bad who are you going to complain to? No one cares. Is this a **** maybe. I am just too confused.
