Terrible Supersonic WIFI service

I have been waiting for my wifi line to be activated, its been 3 weeks now. I been following up daily, and I’m exhausted because I already know the response.

“I have escalated your case as a matter of urgency to my supervisor, it should be done in the next 24hrs am- 72hrs.”

I have been way too patient!! Still being debited for a line thats not active.
