terrible service supersonic fibre

Absolutely terrible. I called on the 1st of July. I still do not have fibre installed. I explained clearly telephonically as well as via whats app that I already have a fibre line. They proceed to send vumatel there to install a fibre line. They now still need to order the router to be fitted. Really? two weeks later and still nothing. I am tired of waiting.
