Terrible service

I am fed up with the poor customer service at Supersonic fibre! I tried re-activating my service after several months, but such a request was simply too much for them to handle it seems. For two weeks I got different excuses and promises to “escalate” the matter. There was no feedback whatsoever. Eventually I learned that they had cancelled my order, without informing me. So I called RSAWEB. Within an hour Jaques placed my order, asked for a photo of my Vumatel box and router and arranged for a quick activation. Avoid Supersonic if you can.
