Terrible Service

One star is not worth what i have been through. I have recently signed up with Supersonic, I complained on the second day after the instillation. I was not put on the package which i opted for. I called held on for 20 minutes to speak to someone who could not assist me only to be transfered to someone else who could also not assist me and who were going to log a case for someone else to call me back after two days, it has now been 7 days, no call or any attempt to get hold of me. I called again today only for someone to tell me that they cannot help me and that i have to hold of for someone who may be able to help me, i ahve been caller number 9 for the last 19minutes. To make it worse my download speed is measuring at 2 compared to the 20 i asked for, lets not talk about the no connections i have been experiencing. Your service suck, and if and when i get hold of a human who can actually help me i will tell them to please come and fetch your router, rip out your cables, at this rate i was better off with Telkom, I have also not yet been debited - so frustrating
