Terrible service

I have tried on multiple occasions to cancel my contract with Supersonic. I even have a response from them via email acknowledging my cancellation.

Got feedback via hellopeter for them, saying they would ensure it gets canceled and today I see you debited my account with R799.00.

This is absolutely the worst service I have ever had
