Terrible experience

I've never had such TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE in my life before! Not only did Supersonic make me pay for the service upfront but I'm still waiting for the package 2 months later! I've was called by a lady called Michele who said I would get the Device 3 weeks ago and I'm still waiting. I've called RAM to follow up with them and they are still waiting Supersonic to change the delivery address.

I'm beyond ****ed off at this terrible service that I've received (or lack of service) and I'd NEVER RECOMMEND Supersonic to ANYONE TO USE!

Either I get my money back or I get my device ASAP!! I need someone to call me back to tell me when im getting my money back or my device!
