TERRIBLE Customer Service & POOR Systems

Supersonic FIBRE Customer service is an absolute Nightmare. You get sent from one consultant to another and no one seems to know what is going on. I was billed over R2000 while on the 'while to wait router'. I requested a refund in JUNE 2021, promises were made. It is almost end of AUGUST 2021 and nothing has been refunded. Think Twice before signing up with Supersonic Fibre. My internet connection has been cut off currently without any reason given. When I ask why, no one seems to know.
