Terrible customer care

Supersonic is a bad service provider they careless of their clients even though we have paid, had an account opened had a router delivered but that was the end of their services its been 4 days trying to contact them to activate the FLTE but to this day no1 came to my attention bare in mind i used all their channels of communication, services due to me are still not met.
