Technical support is useless

If you are considering Fibre don't use Supersonic their technical support is absolutely pathetic, it is virtually impossible to contact them on their telephone number if you are patient enough and wait at least 15 minutes to speak to someone they invariably cut you off and seldom attend to your query. The whatsapp service offered is useless they ask you a bunch of automated questions and even though you respond they automatically close the call because you didn't respond. There is no way to get any help.
