Supersonic/vumatel
I am really disgusted with the service I got from supersonic... Soper sonic being the service provider and vumatel.. So I lost my easy pay number... Wich is all I required... And I'm going threw hell just for that.. Iv spent r100's on airtime... I went up n down to malls... Sent whatsapp msgs 2 millions of people... My wifi has been of for more than a weak.. It's so frustrating.. All I want to do is pay my account.... So I need my easy pay number... But it's costing me my arm n leg just to get my number..

20 Oct 2021, 20:46To whom it may concern it's so sad to say that I never experience such unprofessional service in this day and age I have been trying to get my EasyPay number for more than a week and know one could assist me and have been given the round about I lost my phone and have been trying to get my phone number back and the same thing is happening because I had all my information on the phone I lost and that number was *** and different people try to help me to retrieve my EasyPay number but know luck not even supersonic can help me and all the people I spoke to said they will come back to me but know one made and effort
