SUPERSONIC...THE WORST ISP !!!

Hi, this a review to explain how POOR Supersonic Service is. We have had internet issues since Sunday 7th Feb, we have called everyday and numerous times a day with no solution to my problem. We are a business with VoIP phones and our lines are down, we cannot operate our business like this. We were assured that a techi would come and check on our setup on the 11th Feb 1pm but no techi arrived. I called this morning and the lady on the line told me that another techi has been assigned for the 17th Feb???? Is Supersonic seriously, how the HELL are we supposed to wait 10 days to fix our internet issue! I have even gone as far as trying to CANCEL my line with you guys and no one has even bothered to call and find out why. It’s DISGUSTING to think that MTN owns such a pathetic company with such poor service.
