STAY AWAY FROM SUPERSONIC FIBRE, at first they provide you with perfect service to lure you in and to acquire your satisfaction. Once they have you in that’s where their actual service comes into play, your internet connection will frequently be down, their call lines are busy yet you’re apparently “caller number 1”, after almost half an hour of waiting you’ll get a call consultant who won’t even help you with anything, all they do is do what they’re trained to do which is to circumvent your complains and promise to “fix it”. They’ll never admit that they’re lines are down, they’d rather try to shift the blame on you.
