SuperSonicFibre worst service ever

I am so irritated of emailing supersonic cancellations and getting no assistance only an auto reply message and thats it. I have been with them since 31 July 2019 and to date I can not access my account online every time I complaint they will tell me they looking at it and never respond. I also want to cancel my fibre contract and no one has contacted me to date and the only time some one talk to me is when I post on tweeter and will be asked to look at my messages and provide my account then nothing happens
