Supersonicfibre poor Internet service provider

Hi good day I'm writing this review for those looking to take up a contract with supersonic Fibre I would advise you not to even consider them as a last resort I'm currently stuck in a month to month lte internet service with the I have tried to cansel my subscription but was given a **** email witch does not exist here shat I did I call there customer service ask to cancel to hve the service canceled they sed that I would hve to sent an email to *** Tryd and got a email from mtn saying that email does not exist so I Tryd *** but same thing Than I called them and rather asked to down grade my service to a lower package and the person I spoke to sed they need one month in advance but it wil be downgraded after a month still nothing change I'm still on the same package iv now decide d Im just gone stop using there internet and reverse any debit to my account
