Supersonicfibre Nepic ******.

I have two services from Nepic however Supersonicfibre have taken over the business. I have been trying to get hold of Supersonic Fibre https://www.supersonic.co.za/Pages/Home.aspx for the past two weeks with no success. The email *** returns as an 'Untended email" theyave a whatsaap number that does not work. The phones dont get answered and the service I pay for is not delivered. Yet each end of the month they run the debit order as per norm. Supersonic are a bunch of thieving ******. As far as I am concerned they are in breach of contract yet here I am stuck with a bunch of *********** *****s. What to do? What legal recource do we as consumers have?
