Supersonic ya masepa!!!

The worst customer service I've ever seen. All their employees are ***********, they have no clue how to resolved their issues. Imagine calling for a whole 1hr to get assistance and finally when someone answers, they are clueless on what they have to do. The wifi is been off since last Tuesday and we keep on calling every day to be told a different story by their stupid staff. There's no supervisor available when I want to speak to one. Their staff avoids to resolve issues and tells you to wait for billing department. Their is service is disgusting!!! This company must just close down!!!
