Supersonic worst wifi fibre provider out there.

My Name is michael Paizes. I have 2 buisnesses that i was using the supersonic wifi routers. On the 17th March 2021 i emailed and cancelled both my accounts as im upto my eye***** with the poor service you get from this company. Also the wifi is down more than it worked. Never the less i have emailed and phoned spoken to a dozen diffrent call centre agents and absalutely nothing has changed. They are still debeting my accounts R799 each business. Keep in mind i have not used any datta at all since 17th march. They are pathetic unprofessional and a bunch of iddiots. Never in my life have i ever been treated like this. They have given me every excuse under the sun and to this day im still batling with canceling there services. I have been told a manager will call me back nothing. My next step will be carteblanche as there is alot of unhappy people out there. My number is *** phone me or i will take this further. To everyone out there dont ever use these clowns.
