Supersonic WORST provider!!!!

this must be the most pathetic ISP on the market. Their customer service is shocking to say the least, No one knows what is going on when there are any issues relating to fibre. I have been waiting 5 days for a tech support agent to call me back to inform me on the status of my fibre.

I would STRONGLY advice that no body uses this ISP due to the lack of service!!!!!!!!
