Supersonic worst ISP

This service provider is by far the worst ever after complaining about speed problems and high latency and testing they roll the ball over to vumatel .. i phoned vuma today and they tested and said there is absolutely nothing wrong with the fibre connection and they did send feedback to ISP to investigate but this is going on for more than 2 to 3 weeks with same problem and the whatsapp support team just dont answer after facts is on the table . Why pay for service that is just one big lie . They just dont get back with any info but wants the money at month end . So supersonic you guys dont even give a **** about your customers or service . Fault Ref ISP-130172

I would rather go back to afrihost at least i will get service again and good support
