Supersonic WiFi nightmare

The worst WiFi service provider ever, at Parkhaven were so comfortable and satisfied with Nepic and then hell broke loose when the company was taken over by Supersonic..... The wifi is intermittent, and it takes hours sometimes a whole day to get back on and when it does it's slow as ever. They don't even bother to inform you when their systems are down like their predecessor was doing, you only get to know about the problem of outage when you call them and not even give you a decent reason and estimated turnaround time... I won't recommend them to anyone. We now have to buy mobile data over and above the monthly subscription you pay Supersonic... Sooon as i sign up with someone else, will gladly move over...
