Supersonic Wifi ISP is a shoddy mess!

This ISP’s call centre is a joke. Calls are met by a robotics response and action comes from contacting it. Communication with their customer care teams yields empty promises.

My service was suspended in May to-date without warning or cause.

I have found an alternative service provider who requires that Supersonic released my line. Their response is that I needed to give them a month’s notice to do that. Quite absurd for a service that has been suspended BY THEM for four months
