Supersonic utterly poor service

I recently had my router installed via Vumatel and used supersonic as my ISP. I have made all payments and 7 days later I am still waiting for the activation. I have been patient each day I am told wait 24 hours for activation and for SMS to be sent but supersonic just sings a wait 24 hour song, I cancelled all my other internet services and now I am sit with no wifi due to accepting Vumatel/ supersonic. Disappointed customer.
