SuperSonic unreliable service

I am a medical director overseeing multiple remote clinics and urgently need reliable consistent, stable internet connection and bandwidth. Supersonic has repeatedly failed to provide any of the above after repeated almost daily requests over weeks. Sorely disappointed and frustrated and will move to another provider as soon as possible.
