This is the worst service ever. My router light just turned red yesterday and I tried since last night getting hold of someone. Watsapp line is useless and no one answeres the calls. So I put my router off last night. This morning I tried calling again. After being on hold for 20min and been transferred 6 times I spoke to Patricia who tells me I hav used 20gb yesterday. I explained that its impossible coz myI router light wasjust red and then turned off so I couldn't use the data. She insisted that I used tbe data. She was rude and unprofessional. And now my data is gone and no one can tell me where it went. This is ****************. How can I use 40gb data in two days? Is this the type of service you give to your customers in a time when the country is on their knees? Pathetic, rude and useless.
