Supersonic the worst

Customer service is really disgusting. I have been calling everyday since I received my router 2 days ago for the FLTE and still I have not been helped in stead I am being billed for the same month twice calling it pro rata.

I keep getting promised a call back to fix this issue it's been 2 days still nothing.
