Supersonic Terrible Service

Horrible service!!!! Their process is terrible you provide them with all of the information required to help them speed up the process. They don't listen! My account has still not been ordered or activated at Vumatel. When RAM arrived to delivered the modem they requested documentation that Supersonic never informed me about.
