Supersonic technical support

Supersonic aftersales service and technical support is horrific.

We moved internet service providers for faster wifi, but cannot connect one of our PCs on the lan cable. We have been talking to the call centre for 4 days and the issue was not resolved. The only answer they have is "reboot" and "we will call you back". Nobody has called us back since Friday evening and numerous calls.
