Supersonic Tec connected wrong router on Fibre Line

Hi Supersonic, my issue is really simple and believe can be resolved quite quick as I have used you before in the past and I had no issues and really recommended this service to one of my friend who signed an is happy. So I canceled my services with you in the past due to me moving and now I decided to get me some fibre at my new place. So last week I called and signed up, I was informed I would receive an LTE router for december until one of your guys come with a 5G router. So fast forward today the Supersonic guy comes with the Router and as he was busy connecting I tell him whats going to happen with the LTE router I was given and he then says OH NO I need to connect that router here and not the new one. I then inform him that I was informed I would get a 5G router as the LTE router would not work for my fibre line, mind you in the past I used a 5G router. Now, this guy connected this LTE router on my fiber line and he just took out the sim. I really don't know you guys to be so bad in your doings, maybe the guy was not trained I dont know but can I please get someone to deliver me a proper Router for my Fibre line PLS. Even your call center agents disagree with what this guy did and say I was supposed to get a 5G router. Please sort this out ASAP I would really hate to cancel.
