Supersonic takes my money but no fiber

Absolutely useless, 5 days now and still no fiber. 3 different excuses of what the problem is. Was a nepic client and was never informed that Supersonic had taken over.

I have requested that they cancel my fiber immediately as I have not signed any contract with them and I just get told to go to cancelations department.

I AM NOW FED UP
