Supersonic, super waste of time!

If you thought Rain 4G network was bad, Supersonic takes the cake! I am currently on a 10/20mb line at R395pm, ran a speed test 2 days ago and the speed was 190mbps, that's not even ONE mb!!! Called in and tech support tells me, it is because my voucher is going to expire... So apparently, according to the agent, the signal starts off strong and depletes along with the voucher as the month progresses. How this makes sense, who knows?! Not like I'm paying any less at the end of the month than I was at the time of purchase. So anyway, I purchased a new voucher today and lo' and behold- 18kbps! So what's your excuse this time Supersonic? Either stop marketing a service you cannot provide or stop biting off more than you can chew, your service is pathetic and I don't think you have the hardware to accommodate all the big claims you broadcast so reassuringly. Shape up or ship out!
