Supersonic sucks

We had a fibre instalation done less than one month ago. It took 2 weeks of phone calls to eventually get it setup. The service i received was the worse I've ever had. I asked numerous tines to speak to a manager, but either there are no managers or nobody wants to put you through to one, cause they just drop your call. I was no. 1 in the queue several times, but nobody takes the call. My internet service is currently down, but nobody will commit to when a technician will call to fix the problem. I can't even cancel the service, cause the people who deal with it are nowhere to be found. I have never been treated by any service provider as badly as I've been treated by Supersonic.
