Supersonic Stole My Money

Hi,

Supersonic stole money from my account. I've been in communication with them since the middle of December 2021 about a debit order they made against my account to which they agreed was a mistake. Yet. it's been nearly a month later and they still haven't reimbursed me.

I'm going to open a case with the police for this. How can several agents of a company agree that I've been debited incorrectly and yet take close to 30 days to reimburse me? This is theft, and they are giving me the runaround. I'm reporting this to the police!
