Supersonic Review from an ex Afrihost client for 3 years.

Worst ISP I've ever had to deal with. I ordered the Home Broadband package on the 30th of last month. It came on the 31st. I ONLY ordered this package because I had coverage in my area. If I didn't have coverage I wouldn't have ordered it. Since I recieved the SIM card and router I never get any coverage and only got excuses from you guys. These guys take hours to reply to you on WhatsApp..their is no phone line whatsoever. So everyday I message them and ask them why is their no service of why I am not getting connection they tell me to reset it to factory settings. Everytime I asked them they told me to reset to factory settings after a few days after realised that a **** load of their new clients that opened the product up and couldn't get connection they decided to look into it further and what came out of that? Reset the router to factory settings. These people have no clue how to be an ISP and also know the definition of service because they lack everything as a company. I've never done a review like this in my life but for these guys I had to. Its now been 2 weeks without service with constant messages being sent to them they said I had to cancel my package and return the router to them. I have to pay to return the router to them. Plus they charging me for the services for February.. I didn't even use any of the service for February. But let me tell you one thing I'm not gonna let these ******** take one cent of my money. They didn't provide a service just a very horrible expierance and I would not recommend using any of supersonic services in the future. If you do.. good luck to you. You will be left with a lot of stress because you will be needing to message them a lot in order to get a hold of them and waiting for replies hours later. My honest review. Worst ISP in South Africa. Never ever dealing with them again in my life. Compared to Afrihost.. Supersonic seems like it's a company runned by one person that just does nothing at his job whole day. If you want to move to a world class ISP with world class services. It has to Afrihost.
