Supersonic powered by MTN is pathetic, dont support them

Firstly, you should add a negative rating option.

Secondly, it has now been 3days since my initial fault logged with supersonic powered by MTN.

To date there has been no resolution to the speed issue i have raised. 1. They do not return calls. 2. The so called managers are never available. 3. The agents are down right useless. 4. I am not the only one in my area that has raised the speed issue as there are many other complaints. 5. I have placed on twitter and that is the only platform where i receive a response however the response is not to resolve the issue but rather make me do trouble shooting and a fault finding task rather than reading the complaint and getting that resolved and providing constructive feedback.

They are useless and the EXCO members rather avoid calling me back to provide feedback.

I dont want their lame apologies.

To MTN CEO and supersonic ceo(if any), call me back.

I am paying for a service of which i am not receiving. I pay for LTE speeds powered by MTN and i get 1mbps download and 300kbps upload, if you call this lte, i want my money back.

You are not reimbursing me for the additional data of R1400 which i had to purchase due to the incompetence and unstable network. Dont turn around and tell me that you do not guarantee lte speeds, your agents and sales staff say otherwise.

I am shocked at the pathetic service received and to know that MTN is backing this is even more shocking as MTN pride themselves on customer service, when i spoke to an MTN agent all she said was she cannot assist as the service is not with them.

What does "Powered by MTN" mean????
