I have logged a call and still I have received NO response. I have phoned and your staff simply don't assist you. The one mentions the call has been escalated and the other says sorry, we cannot help?

I have sent WhatsApp messages where you state that the call has been passed onto the agent at 09:18 and after 7 messages sent after that, it's now 18:14 and not one message has been read? Why then WhatsApp?
