I app**** for fibre through one of your agents on 27th July 2021 and they said it will be installed within 7 to 14 working days it has not been done and I paid for these services the very same day so what in actual fact did I pay for they never answer their phone I want this installed or cancel and refund my money my contact number is *** ID number ***
