Süpersonic online support

Been waiting for call back since yesterday, I even wonder if there’s online support at all. The telephone helpline is absolutely useless, you just hold forever until you either run out of patience or call minutes. Used to be better but now I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. The Whattapp line is totally automated, predetermined topics and subsequent referral to telephone helpline where you gonna be on hold till kingdom comes. If I could I wouldn’t give them zero rating, you rate a service - in their case the service is nonexistent
