Supersonic not so Super after all

Good day i cancelled my subscription after two years of service with the above company... they sent me a cancellation email confirming my service will come to an end at the end of October 2021 my service is still running and i have now been billed for the month of November. I contacted their call center (which by the way is a nightmare) and the person helping me confirmed my service has been terminated and confirmed that the bill has been settled i am dissapointed at this
