supersonic not so super

I cannot believe what a useless bunch of ******s must be working there. I dont know how many times we have complained about the speed levels and they all promise to phone back. Promises they certainly cant keep. The signal is so erratic and i have never experienced a 50mg line giving download speeds of 16.8 etc before. I was in estcourt at one stage and herotel fibre team is magic. They would phone you back if there was a problem with the line. this morning i spoke to someone called Mastra who now seems to have mysteriously vanished from the earth. she told me the line was linked to a guest line??? . she corrected it but for a while the signal seemed good and now it has gone back to what it was before - erratic signals. Surely this 50mg line should be getting at least 40 mg?? What the hell is going on. I would appreciate it if someone could get their finger out their **** - someone who can solve the problem urgently.
