Supersonic None exitent Service

The customer service received from the company is appalling. I had a 10MG line. 1. It seems as though the line is being throttled 2. Almost every evening for a month from 7pm to 10pm there would be no service (Boma load shedding vibes) 3. There is no communication regarding the downtime when and if there is downtime. 4. I cancel the subscription with them and gave them the required months notice, still they managed to mess me around. They have not effected the cancellation and release the line. 5. I have called the company now several times to try get my line released and it is a mission to get anyone to do anything. The billing system is wrong reflecting that i owe money where i have been paying in advance. Trying to get any sort of assistance with Supersonic once is an absolute nightmare.
