Supersonic - No clue what's going on!

I have never had such shocking and pathetic service than what I have received from Supersonic in the past week. Call Centre agents have NO idea what is going on, I requested a transfer of my line on the 13th January, the line was installed last week Wednesday and we were advised line activation would take 1-3 hours, up to 24 hours and up to 48 hours, the agents have no clue what they are talking about...and can still not tell me why it's not activated or when this will take place...i have been on endless phone calls and am so frustrated by their useless service.
