Supersonic (MTM) WORST WORST COMPANY IN SA

The single worst company to do business with in South Africa. Very poorly trained staff in the call center. I have never been **** to by so many different call center operators. You will get no response to the promises they make. Installation takes months this after they commit to installation in days, then they double invoice you for services you don't have. Be very very weary unless you want to spend hours each week on the phone trying to get someone to assist you. Covid has been a great excuse for them to close their offices and justify their appalling service. You start off at number 8 in their call center queue then after half an hour you are told you are now number 34. WORST WORST COMPANY IN SA
